For customers ordering with Credit Cards, the Individual and Independent Trucker Sales is the section for you. It is designed for single and smaller sales. Simply select your size and quantity. Select SUBMIT to go to the shopping cart.
To allow our customers the opportunity to see how different variables impact their savings for bulk/volume sales, we have provided calculators to assist you in seeing the unique results for your operations. Those calculators are featured below in the Bulk Sales section on this page.
Bulk Sales for Company Fleets allows you to calculate the gallons based on your known variables (i.e., # of units, average fuel mileage, # of miles traveled per year, etc.) to arrive at the right sales request for your operation. Once you have the right fit for your fleet, input the Discount Activation Code (DAC) provided by your regional sales represenative and hit submit. A regional sales representative will be in touch with you to assist with filling out XFO™ Purchase Order form or your own Company Purchase Order form. Both forms are located at the bottom of the page in the tabs for your reference.
The calculator for Bulk Sales for Convenience Store Operators allows you to calculate the gallons, pallets, or barrels required for your operations based on your known variables (i.e., # of stores, number of gallons per week delivered to the store, branded vs. unbranded fuels, etc.) to arrive at the right sales request for your operation. Once you have the right fit for your fleet, input your DAC and hit submit. A regional sales representative will contact you to assist with the XFO™ Purchase Order form or your Company Purchase Order form. Instructions for both are located at the bottom of this page in the tabs section.

XFO™ orders can be purchased through credit cards (Master Card, Visa, and Discover) for all purchases of single use items through 10 gallons of XFO™. All other purchases will be accomplished through Purchase Orders (PO) with an initial PO accomplished through a regional sales representative. Once registered and established, companies will be able to send their PO request to the fulfillment center using the XFO purchase order form tab on this page.

XFO™ contains a proprietary combustion catalyst and burn rate modifier to achieve optimum engine performance. The unique formula also contains detergents, lubricants, stabilizers, polymerization retardants, corrosion inhibitors, and demulsifiers.
Contains no alcohol. Safe for all combustion engines and fuel oils.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT SWALLOW. Harmful if absorbed through skin or inhaled. Avoid skin and eye contact. Combustible. When used in diesel fuel, this additive DOES NOT comply with US Federal ultra-low sulfur content requirements for use in model year 2007 and newer engines.
Conformance to recommended dosage rates will yield no quantifiable change in sulfur concentration of treated fuel per ASTM D7039-04.

All sales are final with XFO™ purchases. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Shipping products are typically accomplished within a week; however, it can take up to 4 weeks depending on the size of the order. Bulk orders will initially be handled through the regional sales rep. Once the company is registered and issued their Company Discount Activation Code (you can apply on this site under the Company Discount Activation Code Application or work with your regional representative), orders can be completed through the website. Shipping, handling, Sales Tax, and an estimated delivery date will be provided. Shipping cost and sales tax varies by location and will be applied to your final invoice.
Payments will be through the website using featured credit cards (Master Card, Visa, and Discover) or the link to provide your Company Purchase Order Request Form (a pre-populated form with XFO products and pricing will also be available if you do not have a PO form – located on the XFO Purchase order form Tab on this page). The Purchase Request will be returned to you in the form of a Sales Order and method of payment.
*Companies can submit the attached Purchase Order Form by completing and selecting SUBMIT OR they can submit their own Purchase Order Form to [email protected]. When submitting their Company Form, please ensure items found in the attached Purchase Order Form are included so that the fulfillment center understands any special requirements.
