Instructions from Fulfillment Center:

Clearly identify days that the order cannot be received.
 Provide a delivery date; however, there is no guarantee on delivery date. XFO will do their best to accommodate the date requested.
Indicate any shipping carrier that should not be used.
Indicate preferred carrier (XFO typically uses FedEx, UPS, USPS, or LTL based on the best rates, delivery times, etc.)
Customers wanting to use their own shipping account for FedEx and UPS need to clearly indicate the account number and shipping service they want XFO to use and provide the billing address, if it is different than their shipping address.

Purchase Order Information:

The fulfillment center will acknowledge the P.O. and confirm the ability to fulfill the P.O. through a Sales Order to the email provided on this form. The final invoice will include tax, handling, and shipping fees. Purchase Orders will be invoiced by Strategic Solutions Integrated, Inc. When a customer receives "Preferred Customer Status", NET 30 terms will be extended to the customer. Methods of payment for P.O.s are below.
